PAY A PARKING CITATION
All parking citations must be paid or appealed within 10 days of the issue date.
Parking citations may be paid online through the City of Redmond payment portal. Please have your citation and license plate numbers handy to complete payment.
APPEAL A PARKING CITATION
Appeals should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected], subject “Citation Appeal [citation number]” within 10 days of the date on the ticket. Do not pay the citation while your appeal is under review.
For appeals to be considered, they must include:
- The citation number
- Grounds for disputing the citation
- Any relevant documentation to support the appeal
What Happens Next?
- Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically take 4-6 weeks for a decision.
- You will receive a written response via email once your appeal has been processed.
- No additional fees will be incurred while your appeal is under review.
Additional Information:
- If your appeal is approved, you will receive instructions on next steps.
- If your appeal is denied, payment must be made by the due date listed in the decision email.

Note: Airport parking citations are issued by Redmond Municipal Airport and may not be paid or appealed at Redmond City Hall or with the Deschutes County.
