HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT?
You are encouraged to contact your airline as times may vary depending on the airline and date of travel.
In general, we recommend arriving two (2) hours prior to departure time, to allow time for parking, airline check-in, obtaining a boarding pass and going through the security screening process, which includes screening of your carry-on bag.
TSA hours vary depending on flight schedules’ generally opening daily 90 minutes prior to the first departure and closing after the final scheduled departure. TSA has limited ability to modify hours for flight delays. If you leave the boarding area, you may not be able to return, so always check with TSA or your airline before exiting.
Always allow more time if you are traveling with pets, individuals with mobility or other special needs, and children.

WHAT CAN I PACK IN MY CARRY-ON OR CHECKED BAGGAGE?
Planning ahead and packing properly can facilitate the screening process and ease your travel experience at the airport. Know what you can pack in your carry-on and checked baggage before arriving at the airport by reviewing the comprehensive TSA lists on their website.
I DON’T HAVE MY ID; CAN I STILL TRAVEL?
In the event you arrive at the airport without acceptable identification (whether lost, stolen, or otherwise), you may still be allowed to fly. By providing additional information, TSA has other ways to confirm your identity so you can reach your flight. Please plan for additional processing time at the TSA check point.
If your identity cannot be verified, you will not be allowed to enter the screening checkpoint.
DO MINORS NEED ID TO TRAVEL?
TSA does not require children under 18 to provide identification when traveling within the United States. We recommend, contacting your airline for questions regarding specific ID requirements for travelers under 18.
