Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE)
Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is revising its established Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulations, 49 CFR Part 26 October 3, 2025 Internal Final Rule (IFR).
RDM receives Federal financial assistance from the USDOT through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) primarily for airport construction projects. As a condition of then financial assistance, RDM will ensure that DBE-certified businesses have an equal opportunity to compete for and to enter into contracts with the City of Redmond.
This grant assurance requires RDM to establish DBE plans, set triennial DBE participation goals for airport improvement projects and submit annual achievement reports to the FAA detailing actual DBE participation.
Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (ACDBE)
Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is revising its established Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) regulations, 49 CFR Part 23 October 2, 2025 Internal Final Rule (IFR).
RDM receives Federal financial assistance from the USDOT through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) primarily for airport improvement projects. As a condition of the financial assistance, RDM will ensure that ACDBE-certified businesses have an equal opportunity to compete for and to enter into concessionaire contracts with the City of Redmond. This grant assurance requires RDM to establish ACDBE program, set triennial ACDBE participation goals for airport improvement projects, and submit annual achievement reports to the FAA detailing actual DBE participation.
